We love a good spritz—but we get it, sometimes a scent just isn’t “the one.” That’s why Milford Perfumes accepts returns within 7 days of delivery.

Here’s how it works:

• You may return unopened and unused perfumes within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Opened or used items can’t be returned for hygiene reasons.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the item.

If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@milfordperfumes.com with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the issue
